Pizza prep counter KTL/P-2019

Nine drawers in three depths plus one cabinet: the KTL/P-2019 takes four 100 mm, three 150 mm and two 200 mm deep GN 1/1 pans in its drawers. The cabinet section has eight pairs of runners for GN 1/1 pans. A cold well for ten GN 1/6 pans is raised along the back of the 800 mm deep worktop, with an acrylic glass lid.

Drawers open to 110%, and the runners have a retraction lock and are quick to change. The digital thermostat keeps +2 to +5 °C, with automatic defrost. Two quick-change refrigeration units are fitted, 27 kg each, with 100 g of R290.
