Pizza prep counter KTL/P-2026

Two doors, six drawers and an 800 mm deep worktop make up the KTL/P-2026 pizza counter. Four drawers are for 100 mm and two for 200 mm deep GN 1/1 pans, and both cabinet sections have eight pairs of runners. The cold well raised along the back of the worktop holds ten GN 1/6 pans beneath an acrylic glass lid.

Drawers open to 110%, and their retraction-locking runners are quick to change. The two quick-change refrigeration units weigh 27 kg each, and the R290 charge is 100 g. A digital thermostat sets +2 to +5 °C, with automatic defrost.
