Pizza prep counter PZK-1214

The PZK-1214 is a compact pizza prep counter: pizzas are assembled on the flour-edged worktop while toppings and ingredients stay chilled underneath. The cupboard sits at the left-hand end as standard and can be moved when ordering. To its right are four drawers, three for 150 mm deep GN 1/1 pans and one for a 200 mm deep pan.

They extend to 110% on slides with a retraction lock. The cupboard has eight pairs of runners for 50 mm GN 1/1 pans, and a shelf for the runners is available on request. Digital thermostat (+2…+5 °C), automatic defrost and a quick-change 27 kg refrigeration unit on R290 (100 g).

Electrical supply 230 V, 50 Hz, power 400 W. External dimensions 1200 × 650 × 900 mm; 163 kg gross, 127 kg net. A birch or stone worktop can be ordered instead.
