Pizza prep counter PZK-1215

Five drawers set the PZK-1215 apart: four take 100 mm deep GN 1/1 pans and one a 200 mm deep pan, so different toppings can be kept separate and within easy reach. The counter is 1200 mm wide with a flour-edged worktop. The cupboard at the left-hand end has eight pairs of runners for 50 mm deep GN 1/1 pans; its position can be changed at the order stage, and a shelf for the runners is optional.

The drawers extend to 110%, with retraction-lock slides that can be swapped quickly. Digital thermostat for +2…+5 °C and automatic defrost. The quick-change refrigeration unit weighs 27 kg and runs on 100 g of R290; power is 400 W at 230 V, 50 Hz.
