Pizza prep counter PZK-1625

The PZK-1625 divides its 1600 mm length into two cupboards and five drawers. Four shallow drawers take 100 mm deep GN 1/1 pans and a deeper one a 200 mm pan, keeping toppings sorted and close at hand. Both cupboards have eight pairs of runners for 50 mm deep GN 1/1 pans, and a shelf that rests on the runners can be ordered.

The drawers pull out to 110%, with retraction-lock slides that can be changed quickly. The worktop has flour upstands. Digital thermostat, automatic defrost and a range of +2…+5 °C.

The quick-change refrigeration unit weighs 29 kg, uses R290 (130 g) and the rated power is 600 W. External dimensions 1600 × 650 × 900 mm, net weight 162 kg. Birch or stone worktops are offered as options.
