Pizza prep counter PZK-20110

With ten drawers, the PZK-20110 is a 2000 mm pizza prep counter whose drawers take six 150 mm and four 100 mm deep GN 1/1 pans. That gives room for a wide range of toppings under the long worktop. There is also one cupboard with eight pairs of runners for 50 mm GN 1/1 pans, where a shelf can be fitted on request.

The drawers extend to 110% and the slides are fitted with a retraction lock. The worktop has flour upstands; birch or stone is an option. Cooling comes from a replaceable 19 kg refrigeration unit charged with 70 g of R290; power is 360 W at 230 V, 50 Hz.

A digital thermostat holds +2…+5 °C and defrost is automatic. Net weight is 182 kg, with external dimensions of 2000 × 650 × 900 mm.
