Pizza prep counter PZK-2033

The PZK-2033 combines three refrigerated cupboards and three drawers in a 2000 mm pizza prep counter. The drawers take 150 mm deep GN 1/1 pans, and each cupboard has eight pairs of runners for 50 mm pans. The drawers extend to 110% and their slides have a retraction lock.

A shelf resting on the runners can be ordered for each cupboard. The worktop has flour upstands, with birch or stone offered as alternatives. Replaceable 19 kg refrigeration unit with 70 g of R290, power 360 W, connection 230 V, 50 Hz.

The digital thermostat holds +2…+5 °C and defrosting is automatic. External dimensions 2000 × 650 × 900 mm, net weight 158 kg, legs 160 ± 15 mm.
