Pizza prep counter PZK-811

At 800 mm wide, the Inox Baltic PZK-811 suits a small pizza kitchen or a secondary prep station. Under its flour-edged worktop are one refrigerated cupboard and one drawer that holds a 200 mm deep GN 1/1 pan. The cupboard has eight pairs of runners for 50 mm GN 1/1 pans, with an optional shelf for the runners.

The drawer extends to 110% and its slides have a retraction lock. A birch or stone worktop can be ordered instead. A digital thermostat holds +2…+5 °C and defrost is automatic.

The quick-change refrigeration unit weighs 27 kg with 100 g of R290, and rated power is 400 W. External dimensions 800 × 650 × 900 mm; 140 kg gross, 92 kg net.
