The door section takes larger containers and back-up stock, while the drawers hold the ingredients used most. On top is a 30 mm stainless-steel worktop without upstand.
Behind the door there is one GN 1/1 grid shelf and runners for GN 1/1 containers. The stainless-steel drawers run out fully on telescopic slides and have perforated bottoms. Cooling comes from a foamed-in static evaporator with a circulation fan; defrost is automatic and the controller electronic.
