Saladette counter ETS-140

Three doors and a 1358 mm worktop make the Asber ETS-140 a mid-size salad station. At the front of the worktop is a food-safe polyethylene cutting board, behind it an open well for GN containers with a tilting lid. The cabinet takes GN 1/1 pans.

Each stainless-steel solid door has one GN 1/1 grid shelf. A foamed-in static evaporator and a circulation fan do the cooling, leaving a smooth interior with no finned evaporator. Defrost water evaporates automatically, the magnetic gasket comes out for cleaning, and the front-breathing panel allows the counter to be built in.

Gross volume 232 litres, temperature range +2…+8 °C, climate class 4, noise level 57.4 dBA. Refrigerant R290, rated power 267 W at 230 V / 50/60 Hz. Outside it is 1358 mm wide by 700 mm deep by 861 mm high, at 72 kg net and 82 kg gross.
