Saladette counter ETSA-140

Eight GN 1/6 topping pans and a granite worktop turn the ETSA-140 into a sandwich bar workstation. The Asber counter is 1358 mm wide, the granite top is 30 mm thick, and the open well behind it keeps fillings in front of the operator. The cabinet takes GN 1/1 pans.

Each of the three stainless-steel solid doors opens onto a section with one GN 1/1 grid shelf. Cooling comes from a foamed-in static evaporator and a circulation fan; defrost is automatic, the controller electronic and the on/off switch illuminated. The magnetic door gasket is removable, and the front panel breathes from the front.

Gross volume 232 litres, temperature range +2…+8 °C, climate class 4, noise level 57.4 dBA. Refrigerant R290, rated power 267 W at 230 V / 50/60 Hz. At 1358 × 700 × 1140 mm, the counter has a net weight of 102 kg (112 kg gross).
