Description
The Silensys SIL 4519 Z outdoor condensing unit is factory-ready and built for outdoor conditions, which shortens installation time. It serves high-temperature refrigeration (HBP −15…+10 °C) with R-404a or R-507 and runs on a single-phase 220–240 V / 50 Hz supply.
It comes with a receiver, sight glass, liquid-line filter drier, crankcase heater, HBP/LBP dual pressure switch, fan-speed controller and contactor. The electrical parts are pre-wired to the internal control panel; the housing locks, a main switch is fitted and brackets allow vertical or horizontal mounting.
A dual pressure switch with manual reset and a receiver with safety relief valve are available as options. To EN13215 (20 °C superheat, 3 K subcooling) the unit gives 4912 W of refrigerating capacity and draws 2174 W. Airflow is 3500 m³/h; the receiver holds 2.35 l.
It draws 10.0 A in operation and 12.6 A at most. Sound power 69 dBA; noise level 38 dBA at 10 m and 44 dBA at 5 m. Pipe connections are brazed, 5/8″ (16 mm) on the suction line and 3/8″ (10 mm) on the liquid line.
