The interior is sized for one trolley holding 20 GN 2/1 or EN 60 × 80 cm containers, so prepared food or ingredients go into cold storage without being unloaded. The cabinet is built from panels with AISI 304 stainless steel inside and out and 70 mm insulation.
Door clearance is 70 × 181.5 × 88 cm (W × H × D); the door is hinged on the right, reversible on site and self-closing when opened less than 90°. Fan-assisted cooling uses an external evaporator, and automatic hot-gas defrost runs only when needed. The electronic control panel has a digital display and Hyper Cold and Energy Saving functions.
