The stainless-steel cabinet is designed for busy kitchen use and accepts GN 2/1 pans, with 528 litres of net volume. The right-hinged solid door is self-closing, lockable and reversible, with an integrated full-length handle.
Inside are three adjustable wire shelves, and extra shelves are available separately. Fan-assisted cooling, automatic defrost and defrost-water evaporation, plus an electronic controller with a digital thermometer. Four heavy-duty castors, two braked, make it easy to move the cabinet for daily cleaning.
There is no interior lighting. Range −24 to −18 °C, climate rating +10 to +30 °C, refrigerant R290. Rated power 565 W, energy use 5.83 kWh per 24 h, noise 45 dB(A).
