Call sales +372 5559 3678The Asber ACN-1402 is a 1332-litre freezer from the Avantis line for restaurants, hotels and production kitchens that keep a large stock of frozen ingredients close at hand. The interior is sized for GN 2/1, so each shelf takes one GN 2/1 pan or two GN 1/1 pans side by side.
Fan-assisted cooling keeps the temperature even throughout the cabinet, and hot-gas defrost keeps defrost cycles short; the defrost water is also evaporated with hot gas from the compressor. Each solid door has three GN 2/1 grid shelves behind it, the doors lock and the interior has LED lighting.
The touch-screen controller offers an energy-saving mode and a HACCP alarm. Temperature range −22…−18 °C, refrigerant R290, energy use 12.28 kWh per 24 h (energy class D, 4482 kWh a year) in climate class 4. The cabinet stands on adjustable stainless-steel legs of 95–115 mm, with castors available as an option.
