Call sales +372 5559 3678The ISA Labor is a storage cabinet for gelato makers, holding finished gelato at −18…−15 °C. Refrigeration is static and defrosting is manual. Climate class 5 (+40 °C, 40% RH) means the cabinet is rated to work in ambient temperatures up to +40 °C.
Inside and out the cabinet is AISI 304 stainless steel, insulated with 80 mm of cyclopentane foam. The self-closing swing door locks with a key and can be hung to open left or right. It comes with five adjustable chromed grids of 530 × 720 mm and five pairs of stainless-steel GN C-guides that stop the grids tipping.
The compressor is hermetic and the feet adjust from 115 to 175 mm. Built-in refrigeration unit with R290, energy class D, width 710 mm. Options include swivel castors with brakes, extra pairs of C-guides and additional plastic-coated or chromed grids.
