Wide GN 2/1 pans fit its four shelves. Cooling is fan-assisted with automatic defrost, set from an electronic controller with display.
The door locks, the interior is LED-lit and the cabinet is AISI 304 stainless steel inside and out, standing on 130–180 mm legs. Net volume is 475 litres; it uses 4.87 kWh per 24 h (class C, 1776 kWh a year), draws 520 W and weighs 125 kg net.
