Its adjustable shelves are GN 2/1-sized, and the net volume is 408 litres. The self-closing solid door has a 105-degree stop for easy loading and can be opened with a foot pedal at the base.
The hinge side is reversible, though a different pedal must then be ordered. Inside are three grey wire shelves and LED lighting, and the door locks. Fan-assisted cooling, automatic electric defrost and a maintenance-free condenser.
The Bluetooth/NFC controller lets staff monitor temperature and humidity and export HACCP data. Four castors, two lockable. Operating range −22…−18 °C and gross and net volume 559 / 408 litres.
