Chest freezer FR606 SL

Intended for ice cream, sorbets and other frozen food, the FR606 SL is a chest 1804 mm wide with 524 litres net. Its two-piece lid is the defining feature: only half the chest is opened at a time, so less cold air escapes and energy use stays lower. Each half of the lid has a lockable handle.

Three baskets help organise the contents, the liner is white powder-coated steel and there is LED interior lighting. The temperature is set on a mechanical thermostat and checked on a thermometer; defrosting is manual, with a meltwater drain. The chest moves on four sturdy double castors.

Climate class C (+40 °C, 40% relative humidity) allows use in warm rooms. Running on R600a at −23…−18 °C, it draws 280 W, uses 1.75 kWh per 24 h and produces 60 dBA. External dimensions 1804 × 695 × 945 mm, gross volume 565 litres, net weight 68 kg.
