The front is lower than the back, and rounded corners and edges give it a soft shape that improves the view of the contents. The manufacturer suggests around −14 °C for ice cream and around −21 °C for other frozen food.
The two sliding glass lids lock, and switchable LED lighting puts the goods on show. Three wire baskets are included. Cooling is static, the temperature is set on a mechanical thermostat and defrosting is manual.
The chest stands on four castors, two with brakes, so it is easy to move within the shop. It covers −30…−10 °C and is rated for climate class 7 (+35 °C, 75% relative humidity). The refrigerant is R600a, power 190 W, energy use 1.48 kWh per 24 h and noise 55 dBA.
