Around −14 °C suits ice cream, and around −21 °C other frozen products. Two flat sliding glass lids lock, and four wire baskets come as standard.
Cooling is static with manual defrost, and a drain lets meltwater out during cleaning. The temperature is set on a mechanical thermostat and read from a thermometer. The white cabinet stands on four castors, two with brakes.
