Overall height is 860 mm, the one-piece body is AISI 304 stainless steel, and frozen stock is split across three compartments. Each compartment has its own self-closing door with a 95° stop and a replaceable Triple Action magnetic gasket, plus five shelf positions with variable spacing compatible with FlexSpace drawers.
Cooling is fan-assisted and defrost automatic by hot gas. The touch thermometer-thermostat has an RS485 port; with the APO.LINK accessory the counter can be monitored remotely and keep a HACCP data history. The cooling unit on the right pulls out for maintenance. −22…−15 °C, climate class 5 (+40 °C, 40% RH).
