The Hoshizaki Premier F 2 A DL DR L E is a two-section freezer counter that brings frozen ingredients right under the chef's work surface. Its shelving is GN 1/1 size, so stock can be kept in ordinary gastronorm pans. Two solid doors give access to four GN 1/1 shelves in total.

Interior and exterior are AISI 304 stainless steel, the counter stands on 130–180 mm legs, and the refrigerant is R290. Temperature range −25…−5 °C, gross volume 301 litres, net volume 192 litres. Energy use 3.86 kWh per 24 h, or 1410 kWh a year (energy class C), climate class 5 (+40 °C, 40% relative humidity), noise level 45 dBA.
