Tecumseh Europe's TAG 4553 ZHR condensing unit is designed for high-temperature commercial and industrial refrigeration with evaporating temperatures of −15…+15 °C (HBP). The refrigerant is R-404a, and the standard unit is meant for indoor installation. Mounted on the base plate are an air-cooled condenser, a fan with mountings and blade, a receiver, a suction valve and a liquid feed valve.
The connections are brazed — 7/8″ (22.2 mm) suction and 5/8″ (15.9 mm) liquid. Outdoor use requires additional accessories. Ratings to EN13215 (−10 °C evaporating, +32 °C ambient, 10 K superheat, 3 K subcooling): refrigerating capacity 5955 W, power input 3750 W.
