Description
Designed for domestic refrigerators and other small cooling equipment, the Tecumseh THB 1340 Y is a hermetic compressor for R134a. It works in the medium and low back pressure (LBP) range, with evaporating temperatures of −35…−15 °C. Displacement is 4.23 cm³.
Under EN12900 conditions (−25 °C evaporating, +55 °C condensing, +32 °C suction gas, 10 K subcooling) it provides 80 W of cooling for 82 W of input. Maximum starting current is 9 A on a single-phase 220–240 V / 50 Hz supply. Suction connection 6.15 mm, discharge 4.95 mm, both brazed.
No shut-off valves. Height 164 mm, foot mounting 170 × 70 mm. Match the oil type to the refrigerant in use.
