Description
Low-temperature commercial and industrial refrigeration is the intended use of the Tecumseh THB 2396 Z hermetic compressor. It runs on R404A in the low back pressure (LBP) range, with evaporating temperatures of −35…−10 °C and a displacement of 5.2 cm³. Refrigerating capacity is 97 W and power consumption 155 W under EN12900 conditions: −35 °C evaporating, +40 °C condensing, +20 °C suction gas and 10 K subcooling.
Starting current 10.9 A, running current 2.1 A, single-phase supply 220–240 V / 50 Hz. Brazed connections with a 1/4" (6.35 mm) suction line and 3/16" (4.76 mm) discharge line. Height 169 mm, foot mounting 170 × 70 mm.
