The drawers are identical, each for a 150 mm deep GN 1/1 pan, and the cupboard has eight pairs of runners for 50 mm pans. The drawers pull out to 110% and the slides lock on retraction; they can be replaced quickly if needed.
A shelf for the cupboard runners is available on request. Temperature adjustment range +2…+8 °C with automatic defrost. The replaceable 19 kg refrigeration unit runs on R290 (70 g) and draws 360 W.
