The cupboard has eight pairs of runners for 50 mm GN 1/1 pans, and a shelf for the runners is available on request.
The drawer takes one 200 mm deep GN 1/1 pan, opens to 110% and its slides have a retraction lock. Temperature +2…+5 °C with a digital thermostat and automatic defrost. Quick-change refrigeration unit 27 kg, refrigerant R290 100 g, power 400 W.
