Bar counter BM-2016

Six drinks drawers and a door cupboard share the 2000 mm cabinet of the BM-2016. The cupboard has 8 pairs of runners for GN 1/1 50 containers, so food in GN pans can sit in the same counter as the drinks. Inside, the drawers are 305 × 510 mm: four shallower ones and two that are 350 mm high.

They extend to 110% and the runners can be swapped quickly. The cupboard is on the left as standard; its position can be changed to order and a shelf on the runners added as an option. The worktop carries a chilled well for about 24 bottles of 0.7 l and a GN 1/2 150 ice well with a drain.

Two quick-change refrigeration units, 27 kg each, run on R290 (100 g). Digital thermostat, automatic defrost, range +2…+5 °C. Rated power 800 W at 230 V, 50 Hz; overall size 2000 × 650 × 900 mm on 50 (+15) mm adjustable legs.
