Description
With more than a kilowatt of capacity, the CAJ 4492 Y is a Tecumseh hermetic compressor for medium and high temperature commercial and industrial refrigeration. Refrigerant R134a, MHBP suction pressure across −15…+15 °C, displacement 25.9 cm³. Under EN12900 conditions (evaporating −10 °C, condensing +45 °C, suction gas +20 °C, subcooling 10 K) capacity is 1023 W and power consumption 537 W.
The compressor takes up to 27 A when starting and 8.4 A while running, on a single-phase 220–240 V / 50 Hz supply. Brazed suction line 1/2" (12.7 mm), discharge 5/16" (7.9 mm), suction shut-off valve. Height 271 mm.
Mounting holes 203.2 × 122.2 mm apart. The oil type has to suit the refrigerant.
