Drop-in cold well DIKS-3GN

A mid-length module for a buffet or serving counter, the DIKS-3GN holds three GN 1/1 150 containers and keeps chilled food at +3…+5 °C while it is being served. It drops into a frame or worktop through an opening of 1140 × 585 mm, and the area underneath must remain open for air.

Temperature is set on a mechanical thermostat. As an option, a 1200 mm top or serving shelf with lighting and a clear glass sneeze guard can be ordered with the well. External size 1200 × 645 × 520 mm, net weight 42 kg.
