Gross volume is 1200 litres, enough for the chilled stock of a larger kitchen. There are three shelves plus the base, and the evaporator has an anti-corrosion coating.
Fan-assisted cooling, automatic defrost and evaporation of defrost water are standard; an electronic controller sets the temperature and a digital thermometer shows it. Body and interior are stainless steel, and the hinge side must be specified with the order.
