Description

A large kitchen with strict hygiene rules whose ice maker must fit a poorly ventilated room gets both answers in the IM-240AWPE-U: water cooling that does not heat the room, and UV-C sanitising. It makes up to 205 kg of large 28 × 28 × 32 mm cubes per 24 h. The modular head needs a separate storage bin; automatic cleaning is included.

It uses 42.9 litres of water an hour and 735 W of electricity. The head's footprint is 560 × 700 mm.
