Description

The IM-240DPE-U is the hygiene version of the low stackable modular machine: alongside automatic cleaning, UV-C light sanitises its interior. It suits a production kitchen or hotel where ice cleanliness is closely checked and demand reaches 210 kg per 24 h. Ice collects in a separately ordered bin; the cabinet is stackable.

The air-cooled module runs on R290 and draws 845 W and 27.9 litres of water an hour.
