Water cools the condenser, a pump takes water to a higher drain and UV-C keeps the interior hygienic; the 17 g cubes work well in soft drinks.
Up to 190 kg of ice per 24 h, a 110 kg internal bin and automatic cleaning. With water cooling it uses 37.5 litres of water an hour; the machine stands 1510 mm high.
