Ice cube maker Hoshizaki IM-240XPE-U-23

Medium cubes measuring 28 × 28 × 23 mm (about 17 g) come from the Hoshizaki IM-240XPE-U-23, a stackable modular cuber for hotels and restaurants. It has no bin of its own and is installed with a separate storage bin. The air-cooled unit runs on R290 and has automatic cleaning and UV-C sanitising.

At +10 °C air and water it makes 180 kg per 24 h and uses 30.4 l/h of water. Power 870 W, supply 220–240 V / 50 Hz. Dimensions 1084 × 700 × 500 mm, net weight 71 kg, gross 84 kg; AISI 441 stainless-steel exterior with a galvanised back.
