Description

Extra-large cubes of about 31 g, each 32 × 32 × 32 mm, are produced by the Hoshizaki IM-240XPE-U-32. It is a modular unit: ice is collected in a separate storage bin, and modules can be stacked one on top of another. Cooling is by air, with R290 refrigerant.

Automatic cleaning and UV-C sanitising take care of hygiene. Output reaches 190 kg per 24 h with water use of 22.1 l/h (+10/+10 °C); the machine draws 865 W on 220–240 V / 50 Hz. Measuring 1084 × 700 × 500 mm, it weighs 71 kg net (85 kg gross).
