Description

The modular Hoshizaki IM-240XWPE-U-23 is meant for hotels and larger restaurants and works with a separate storage bin. It makes medium cubes of 28 × 28 × 23 mm, about 17 g each, and the modules can be stacked. The water-cooled condenser runs on R290, and automatic cleaning plus UV-C sanitising support hygiene.

Daily output of up to 190 kg and water consumption of 40.8 l/h apply at +10 °C air and water. The machine is rated at 770 W (220–240 V / 50 Hz), measures 1084 × 700 × 500 mm and weighs 70 kg net, 85 kg gross.
