Ice cube maker Hoshizaki IM-240XWPE-U-32

Hoshizaki's IM-240XWPE-U-32 makes extra-large cubes measuring 32 × 32 × 32 mm and weighing about 31 g. This stackable modular machine is installed with a separate storage bin and suits hotels, restaurants and catering kitchens. It comes with automatic cleaning and UV-C sanitising, a water-cooled condenser and R290 refrigerant.

With air and water at +10 °C it produces up to 190 kg of ice per 24 h and uses 37.1 litres of water an hour. Electrical power 785 W, supply 220–240 V / 50 Hz. The machine measures 1084 × 700 × 500 mm, with a net weight of 70 kg and gross weight of 87 kg.
