Ice cube maker Hoshizaki IM-240XWPE-U

The Hoshizaki IM-240XWPE-U combines water cooling, automatic cleaning and UV-C sanitising. It is a stackable modular ice cube maker that produces large cubes (28 × 28 × 32 mm, about 23 g) and is installed with a separate storage bin, for example in a hotel or large kitchen.

At +10 °C air and water the machine makes up to 209 kg of ice per 24 h, using 41.2 l/h of water. Refrigerant R290, electrical power 760 W, supply 220–240 V / 50 Hz. The housing measures 1084 × 700 × 500 mm and weighs 78 kg net, 94 kg gross; the outer panels are AISI 441 stainless steel.
