Description

The water-cooled Hoshizaki IM-30CWPE is a 398 mm wide ice cube maker for bars and cafés. It makes large cubes of about 23 g (28 × 28 × 32 mm) and keeps them in its own 11.5 kg storage bin. The condenser is cooled by water, the refrigerant is R290, and automatic cleaning is provided.

At +10 °C air and water, output is up to 32 kg per 24 h and water consumption 6.7 l/h. Power 170 W, supply 220–240 V / 50 Hz. Dimensions 398 × 461 × 695 mm; 37 kg net and 43 kg gross.

Exterior in AISI 441 stainless steel with a galvanised steel back.
