It keeps the retro design and philosophy of the Classic Cart but stores the gelato in round tubs set into a well counter, which preserves the product better and gives steadier temperatures, especially when the air is hot and humid.
The cart is plug-in, with fan-assisted cooling, a hermetic compressor and hot-gas defrost. The worktop is stainless steel and the lighting is LED at 5700 K. It rolls on two spoked wheels and one pivoting wheel.
Temperature −16…−10 °C, refrigerant R290, climate class 4 (+30 °C, 55% RH). Without the canopy the cart measures 1830 × 950 × 1180 mm; with the canopy fitted it measures 2030 × 1280 × 2080 mm.
