Call sales +372 5559 3678The ISA DELTA NEW is a compact gelato display for 12 Napoli pans (not included). Two separate refrigeration zones of six pans each let ice cream, gelato and sorbet be served at the temperature each one needs. Each zone has its own digital controller and temperature display.
Cooling is fan-assisted with automatic hot-gas defrost, and the LED lighting has a switch. Night covers slide into the rear during service and protect the product overnight, so it can stay in the cabinet. The unit runs on castors, two of them lockable, and several can be joined into a continuous line.
The manufacturer advises emptying, defrosting and cleaning it at least weekly. The display works between −20 and +10 °C in climate class 4, with R290 refrigerant, 1350 W of power, 15.4 kWh per 24 h and 54 dBA. It offers 0.71 m² of display area and 130 litres net in a 1270 × 825 × 1175 mm cabinet, white (RAL 9003) outside and stainless steel inside.
