Call sales +372 5559 3678The ISA FIJI 4 is meant for a small café or shop where an ice cream display must not take up much room: it is only 630 mm deep and 824 mm wide. A curved glass top and front present ice cream in Napoli pans (not included) over a 0.24 m² area. Ventilated cooling maintains the quality and consistency of ice cream and gelato, and defrost is fully automatic using hot gas.
At the rear is a flip-down serving door. A digital controller shows the temperature, the LED lighting has a switch and the cabinet moves on castors. Temperature range −18…−14 °C in climate class 5 (+40 °C, 40% relative humidity), R290, rated power 555 W and energy use 6.5 kWh per 24 h.
