It holds two Napoli pans (not included) and works front of house, back of house or on a buffet. An angled display presents the ice cream well, and a flat hinged glass lid gives quick access to the pans.
The exterior is white and the interior stainless steel. Cooling is static, defrosting manual and the thermostat mechanical; the unit stands on adjustable feet. A popsicle tray and a stand for the unit can be ordered separately.
The ice cream display holds −22 to −10 °C in climate class 4 using R600a. Gross 28 litres, net 20 litres, interior 364 × 389 × 174 mm and display area 0.12 m². Power 90 W and energy use 2.87 kWh per 24 h.
The countertop unit is 490 mm wide, 790 mm deep and 345 mm high and weighs 26 kg (30 kg gross).
