At 1661 mm wide, it is designed for presenting scooped ice cream and gelato. Ventilated cooling holds the ice cream at a suitable serving temperature, and defrost is automatic using hot gas.
To reduce condensation the glass is heated, and the sides are double-glazed. Switchable LED lighting and a digital temperature controller are fitted; the cabinet is white with a stainless-steel interior.
