It takes 20 Napoli pans (not included) over a display area of 1.19 m². The front glass hinges forward when needed, the glass is heated to reduce condensation and the sides are double-glazed.
Cooling is fan-assisted with automatic hot-gas defrost; a digital controller shows the temperature and the LED lighting has a switch. The cabinet is white with a stainless-steel interior.
