The cupboard has 8 pairs of runners for GN 1/1 50 containers and the drawer takes crates or bottles. The drawer is 305 × 510 × 250 mm inside, extends to 110% and runs on retraction-locking runners.
The cupboard is on the left as standard and can be moved to order, and a shelf for the runners is available as an option. A digital thermostat holds +2…+5 °C with automatic defrost. 27 kg quick-change refrigeration unit, R290 100 g, 400 W at 230 V, 50 Hz.
