About this product

Description

Two refrigerator compartments of different size, 1365 and 625 litres, let the Classic 2300 2T keep groups of ingredients apart, each at its own setting. Both compartments run between −2 and +10 °C, and the cabinet is 2250 mm wide. The body is AISI 304 stainless steel with 75 mm of polyurethane insulation.

Each door holds three plastic-coated wire shelves that lift out without tools. The control panel has a HACCP alarm log, an Overcooling function and high or low humidity settings; front panel and door in 8 colours are available as an option. The data sheet gives a refrigerating capacity of 385 W (−10/+54.4 °C) and electrical power of 260 W, with R290 refrigerant and climate class 5.
