EVERLASTING

Everlasting was founded in 1956 in Suzzara, in the province of Mantua, by Giovanni Guidetti, and began with professional refrigerated cabinets. Between 1960 and 1980 the range grew to include refrigerated counters for bars, butchers and food shops. The group also includes ColdMark, which makes modular cold rooms, and EVERmed, a division for medical and pharmaceutical refrigeration created in 2007.

Today the range covers blast chillers and shock freezers, refrigerated cabinets and counters, and pizza display units for restaurants and hotels, as well as cabinets and counters for pastry, gelato and chocolate. For bakeries Everlasting makes proofing cabinets and counters, and its Meatico line is designed for dry-ageing meat and for curing cured meats and ageing cheese.
